BYEEE Multiverse Indiegogo Campaign

ALL BYEEE NON-TOY ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED OUT. (This excludes International purchases that bought both a toy and another product)

We’re so excited to finally see orders moving out the door, and we are just getting started.

So far, we have shipped out all non-toy-only orders from the BYEEE campaign. These shipments include backers who ordered items like pins, keychains, prints, and other non-toy products.

For international backers who ordered both toy and non-toy items, your full order will need to wait until the toy portion is ready. This is to help avoid splitting your shipment and potentially causing additional customs charges. We know waiting is frustrating, but we do not want international backers to get hit with paying double the import fees.

Leftover Items Are Now Available

We have also put leftover campaign items up in our store. These are remaining items from the campaign, and once they are gone, they will not be coming back. If there was something you missed, this is the final chance to grab it as we are moving on from this chapter in our company and will be working on new fandoms and my own personal IP

Refunds and Addresses

We’ve got all of your addresses on file, and we have worked through refund requests for those who simply could no longer afford the campaign.

We are now closed to further refunds while we focus on the campaign’s fulfillment at large, unless the request is due to difficult circumstances.

What’s Next

The next major phase is toy fulfillment.

Toy shipments have not begun yet, but we are actively preparing for that stage by clearing space in our warehouse, coordinating logistics, and working with manufacturers to get everything ready.

For domestic orders that include both toys and non-toy items, we’ve been working to separate shipments where possible so non-toy items are not held up waiting on toys. For international orders, however, we are being more cautious so that backers do not have to deal with multiple customs charges.

Toy Production Update

With world still being heavily disrupted, the biggest blocker has, of course, been getting these toys sorted out. We’re hard at work getting things fixed, but we sadly found that the Amphibia test figures were still not quite where we wanted them to be. These things happen, and we would rather take the time to get them right than rush something out that does not meet the standard we want.

We also have to confess that we got a little too excited in our most recent update. What we initially believed to be a Darcy arrival turned out to be additional Eda units during intake. Inventory is coming in quickly and being processed in real time, and we’re continuing to verify each shipment as it lands. Because of that, we can be a little prone to mistakes here and there, but we’ll always do our best to correct them clearly.

Production Queue Update 🚀

Things are starting to get exciting here.

We’ve shifted the lineup, and Ford and Stan are now leading the charge. These are by far the most pre-ordered figures, and we realized that this is where a lot of the frustration sits. Everyone has been waiting for a long time, and you want the 8” tall Grunkles you paid for.

As a result, they’ve been moved up in the queue and will be the first wave of toys arriving at HQ in the next couple of months. This is not the fastest process in the world, and we have now had to change manufacturers for a third time, but it is a very important one.

We were originally hoping to focus on the smaller figures first, but they have proven a little trickier to get right. While we continue fixing those, we want to get the campaign’s flagship toys completed and moving.

Now for Some More Exciting News

The Brass Tacks Stan and Ford the Traveller figures will also include a special Gravity Falls Gossiper certificate by campaign writer Grunkle Jam.

A-Ford-A-Bill Campaign 

We’ve got things moving and we’re excited to finally start getting items into your hands.

We’re currently shipping out non-toy items first, which means all prints and pins are now going out in two waves, similar to the BYEEE campaign.

Wave 1 — Now Shipping
Orders with prints and pins only are first up. These are actively being packed and sent so you can start receiving pieces from the collection right away.

Wave 2 — Up Next
For orders that include prints and pins + toys, we’re splitting them into two shipments. Your prints and pins will go out first, with toys following after.

This approach lets us get something into your hands sooner, instead of holding everything back while toys complete production.

Toys for the AffordaBill Collection will begin fulfillment after the BYEEE campaign wraps up and once that starts, things will move quickly.

We’ve had a number of address change requests come through, so this is the perfect time to double-check yours. If anything needs updating, email us at help@studiobadegg.com and we’ll take care of it. Due to our high volume of inquiries, please allow 7-10 business days for a response.

Quick note for ALL International Backers 🌍

We want to make sure your orders arrive as smoothly and affordably as possible.

Because many countries charge customs and import fees for each incoming package, we will be holding international shipments until all items in your order have arrived at our HQ. This allows us to ship everything together in one package and helps avoid multiple customs charges from separate shipments.

While this means international orders will ship later than domestic ones and it ultimately helps prevent additional costs on your end. We will notify when we’re beginning international orders so backers can prepare to pay their customs fees promptly or email us to request a delay so they can prepare. Customs and import fees are determined by each country's regulations and arent something we are able to control and are not responsible for paying or expensing.
