A Quick Look Behind the Scenes
2025 was a wild ride not just for us, but for a lot of small businesses navigating constant change. Through all of it, we’ve been adapting in real time and pushing forward wherever we can.
Studio Bad Egg works closely with overseas production partners, and with shifting tariffs and policies from the current US government, things have been moving… unpredictably. Timelines have flexed, factories have had to pause and restart, and schedules have been reshuffled more times than we can count.
As we are now in 2026, the important part: nothing has stopped.
Behind the scenes, things are actively progressing, production is moving, shipments are lining up, and pieces are finally starting to land. It hasn’t been a straight path, but momentum is building in a real way now.
We know delays aren’t what anyone signed up for, and we understand how frustrating that wait can be. That said, we’re now entering a phase where things are visibly moving forward, and you’ll start seeing that reflected more and more with each update. Please check out all updates for campaigns below!

BYEEE Multiverse Indiegogo Campaign
1400 ORDERS SHIPPED!! WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED
Dimensional shipments are actually kinda confusing...
Thank you again for your continued patience while we work through fulfilment. We’re making steady progress and want to keep everyone clearly informed on where things stand!
So far, we’ve shipped out 1,400 orders. WOOHOO! These shipments include US-only and International backers who ordered pins, keychains, and prints. Getting these items out first allows a large portion of orders to start landing while we finalize toy arrivals and logistics.
We’ve got all of your addresses on file, and have worked through all refunds for those who simply couldn't afford the campaign any more. We’re now closed to further refunds while we focus on the campaign’s fulfilment at large, unless it’s due to difficult circumstances.
What’s Next
The next wave will be backers who have ordered pins, keychains, prints, and toys as part of their pledge. We are currently working with BackerKit to separate customer orders into two shipment labels, which will be a label for toys and a label for all other products aside from toys. This involves a ton of spreadsheets and a lot of manual data entry, however, it ensures that all other items aren’t held up waiting on toys. We plan to get the "all other items" out first then the toys will be shipped out in the next waves.
At this time, toy shipments have not begun yet, but we are actively preparing for that phase by clearing space in our warehouse and collaborating with manufacturers.
Address Updates: Please make sure your shipping address is up to date. If you need to make any changes, reach out to help@studiobadegg.com. Our customer service team is a one-man crew, so we may take a few days to get back to you, but rest assured we’ll be as quick as we can.
Toy Production Update
With world trade still being heavily disrupted, the biggest blocker has, of course, been getting these toys sorted out. We’re hard at work getting things fixed, but sadly found that the Amphibia test figures were still not quite where we wanted them to be. These things happen.
We have to confess we got a little too excited in our most recent update: what we initially believed to be a Darcy arrival turned out to be additional Eda units during intake. Inventory is coming in quickly and being processed in real time, and we’re continuing to verify each shipment as it lands, so we can be a little bit prone to mistakes here and there.
Production Queue Update 🚀
Things are starting to get exciting here.
We’ve shifted the lineup, and Ford and Stan are now leading the charge. These are by far the most pre-ordered figures, and we realized that this is really where the most frustration sits. Everyone has been waiting for a long time and you want the 8” tall Grunkles you paid for.
As a result, they’ve been moved up in the queue and will be the first wave of toys arriving at HQ in the next couple of months. This isn’t the fastest process in the world, we’ve now had to change manufacturers for a third time, but it is a very important one.
We were hoping to focus on the smaller figures first, but they’ve proven that little bit trickier to get right. As a result, while we fix them, we want to get the campaign’s flagship toys completed and on the move.

The Brass Tacks Stan and Ford The Traveller will also include a special Gravity Falls Gossiper certificate by campaign writer, Grunkle Jam.
Momentum is building, and once the first wave of toys land, things will begin moving much faster.

A-Ford-A-Bill Campaign
We’ve got things moving and we’re excited to finally start getting items into your hands.
We’re currently shipping out non-toy items first, which means all prints and pins are now going out in two waves, similar to the BYEEE campaign.
Wave 1 — Now Shipping
Orders with prints and pins only are first up. These are actively being packed and sent so you can start receiving pieces from the collection right away.
Wave 2 — Up Next
For orders that include prints and pins + toys, we’re splitting them into two shipments. Your prints and pins will go out first, with toys following after.
This approach lets us get something into your hands sooner, instead of holding everything back while toys complete production.
Toy Timeline
Toys for the AffordaBill Collection will begin fulfillment after the BYEEE campaign wraps up and once that starts, things will move quickly.
Address Check 🔔
We’ve had a number of address change requests come through, so this is the perfect time to double-check yours. If anything needs updating, email us at help@studiobadegg.com and we’ll take care of it.
Quick note for ALL International Backers 🌍
We want to make sure your orders arrive as smoothly and affordably as possible.
Because many countries charge customs and import fees for each incoming package, we will be holding international shipments until all items in your order have arrived at our HQ. This allows us to ship everything together in one package and helps avoid multiple customs charges from separate shipments.
While this means international orders will ship later than domestic ones and it ultimately helps prevent additional costs on your end. We will notify when we’re beginning international orders so backers can prepare to pay their customs fees promptly or email us to request a delay so they can prepare. Customs and import fees are determined by each country's regulations and arent something we are able to control and are not responsible for paying or expensing.
