Hey! We get asked this a lot. For good reason! 

2025 has been hugely disruptive for us, as it has for many small businesses. Studio Bad Egg relies on collaboration with overseas partners, who have been at the receiving end of tariffs from the current US government policy.

Unfortunately, the constantly changing tariffs and rules have caused production in many factories to stall, be paused or cancelled at random. This has meant that all of our major campaigns from 2024 and 2025 have been delayed. 

This includes:

Eda The Owl Lady Kickstarter Campaign

Currently expected to ship in September-October 2025. A major manufacturer dispute owing to poor quality control and ever-increasing import costs has resulted in us requiring the entire batch to be remanufactured. 

All pins and the Baby Weh statue are complete. These sadly can’t ship until The Owl Lady statues have been procured and are ready to dispatch.

BYEEE Multiverse Indiegogo Campaign

Currently expected to ship November-December 2025. (THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE) Due to stalled production with our usual partner who have mishandled the Eda Figures, we’ve elected to begin work with a new manufacturer that should allow a higher standard of figure and more agility in line with the US-China tariffs. This is underway and sampling is now in progress. 

All pins and keychains, prints and smaller accessories are complete. These sadly can’t ship until all figures are procured and ready to dispatch.

A-Ford-A-Bill Campaign 

Currently expected to ship January-February 2026. Due to the above campaign issues, we’ve been forced to focus on older campaigns for now. Once the Owl Lady figures are complete, we will be able to continue through our production chain accordingly - for now, our partners are unable to fulfil these alongside our other items. Having to get so much re-manufactured and re-assembled is not something we were expecting at this stage of the year, and while we appreciate it’s a large delay, it’s sadly something we’ve found unavoidable.

5th Anniversary Pin Preorder Campaign

Currently expected to ship October 2025. Due to the above campaign issues, we’ve been lightly delayed - but this is on our end, and not our manufacturers. Our amazing pin partners are hard at work and all samples are completed - once the preorder campaign ends in August 2025 we’ll be going full throttle with getting the pins sent out to you.
